Living Nativity in Civita di Bagnoregio, over 6,000 visitors on the first day

New dates on December 29 and 30; January 1, 5, and 6

The Living Nativity in Civita di Bagnoregio has been a sell-out again this year, with visitors starting to flock to the village's streets from early morning on December 26, recording over 6,000 attendees. As always, the scenery is breathtaking, and Civita is a truly extraordinary location. Every corner seems to have been designed specifically to represent this event, which we can safely say is the most important in our history.

"This is an important success that is a confirmation for all of us," said Mayor Francesco Bigiotti. "The organization was impeccable thanks to the local Red Cross branch and the many volunteers who made it possible for those who came to experience a timeless emotion."

Civita is increasingly living up to its reputation as a national and international destination, and this year's Living Nativity also attracted thousands of visitors from many regions of Italy, as well as from far-off countries such as China, South Korea, the United States, and Russia.

creator and producer, the late Alberto Macchioni, who managed to win his bet: Civita is the ideal place to represent our most beautiful story, the birth of Jesus

costumes were worn by his niece Valentina with her daughter Gloria and her husband Stefano, perhaps a sign of fate, but

The municipal administration has entrusted the Italian Red Cross of Bagnoregio and Lubriano to organize the event for the fourth consecutive year, and this year's proceeds will also be donated to social causes.
