Pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation, upon appointment of the Data Controller, the Data Processing Manager of the site www.civitadibagnoregio.cloud is Federico Rossi.

The place of data processing

The processing of data generated by the use of the website www.civitadibagnoregio.cloud takes place in Viterbo, Strada Pian del Cerro n. 8/h.

If necessary, the data connected to the newsletter service may be processed by the Data Controller or by persons appointed by it for this purpose at the relevant office.

2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

Personal data

The personal data provided when registering to use the website, in particular for the purchase of products in the Shops section, are processed by electronic and non-electronic means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the objectives for which such information is collected , in particular:

– to guarantee registration on the site and the correct provision of the services requested through the site and, therefore, to correctly and punctually fulfill all the obligations deriving from the contractual relationship established with the user, as well as the obligations deriving from the law or regulations in force, in particular in the tax field, as well as public safety;

– for administrative and accounting purposes;

– for payments of services and/or products requested by credit card. 

Furthermore, the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to contact addresses, as well as the compilation and forwarding of contact forms on the site, involve the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to respond, as well as of all personal data included in communications.

3. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

Interested parties have the right to obtain access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation), upon request to be sent via email to the address f.rossi@goto-develop.com of the Data Protection Officer.

4. RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, as provided for by the art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take action in the appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).  

5. COOKIES

Cookies are text files that the servers of the sites visited can store in the memory of the devices used by the user (PC, smartphone, tablet). The information contained in the cookies is retransmitted to the servers when the user returns to visit the same sites.
